The Coal Trading Analyst will join the Coal Trading team within JERAGM in Singapore. •Provide technical leadership for hybrid cloud environment (public cloud and on-premise data centre) and related technologies including DevOps, CI/CD, Lean, and data centre platforms solutions, such as VMs, OSes, database, storage, backup, monitoring, automation.

Requirements

•Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.

•Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 4 year working hands-on with AWS or Azure, and on-premise platforms solutions and technologies (OSes, databases, storage, backup, messaging, monitoring, and automation solutions, etc). Minimum 5 years of people and team management experience.

•Expert and “hands on” knowledge of AWS cloud and ideally good familiarity with another cloud provider (e.g. Azure / GCP).

•AWS Certified Solution Architect (Professional) certification preferred.

•Advanced python scripting skills preferred.

•Strong experience with security (cloud compliance, vulnerability management, patching, encryption, best practices etc).

•Understanding and ability to communicate cloud business benefits, cloud economics, cloud migrations, cloud native architectures, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Functional specification

a. Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document.

b. Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.

c. Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements.

Technical Design

a. Responsible to create technical design.

b. Ensure technical design adheres to architectural roadmap, Development practices, and security requirements.

c. In case of vendor implementation: Ensure vendor resources create technical design document.

d. Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase.

e. Collaborate with Production Support to establish IT operations procedures and document as part of Tech Design.

f. Coordinate execution of threat modeling process with assistance of Security Architect to ensure implementation of safeguards is comprehensive in accordance with threats.

Testing & Scope Management

a. Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request).

• Customer Due Diligence and Know Your Customer: Identify and verify customer identities, screen and assess related parties, ownership structures, adverse news searches at the onboarding stage and on a continuing basis

Requirements to succeed

What will you do?

You Will
