The project manager is overall responsible for planning and to oversee the entire project from inception to completion by ensuring the necessary co-ordination with various stakeholders.

This includes also maintaining and forecasting project budgets to closing the final account.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical (Mechatronics) engineering or other related studies.
• At least 5 years project management experience in Construction industry.
• Project experience in multiple trades is advantageous
• To be fluent in ACMV knowledge & installation - CHWP, VRV, VRF systems.
• Driving license and own transport preferred.

What This Job Involves

You will be part of the Data and Digital Team on a client account that sits within the Corporate Solution at JLL. You will be supporting the client and the JLL team on data analysis, visualisation and implementation of new data or digital solutions that will further advance the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the team. This will include the proper identification of business requirements, problem discovery and supporting the promotion of data culture and curriculum within the on-account team.
