Job Description

• Lead a team of Service Engineers and IT Admins
• Monitor team’s progression on all incoming service requests on hardware or software issues
• Execute all assigned cases effectively and efficiently with a sense of urgency
• Provide timely and effective resolution to service requests and incidents
• Handle high volume of client’s service requests and assigned accordingly to the team
• Handle client’s complaints and ensure customer satisfaction during closure
• Liaise smoothly between internal stakeholder and clients for any sales-related matters
• Provide on and offsite support if needed
• Manage Service Engineers daily schedule
• Manage team’s transportation and phone claim usage

Job Requirements

Job Description

• Provide post-sales installation and technical support to clients
• Competent in Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, TCP/IP, DNS, and troubleshooting of system issues
• Analyze requirements and perform network solutioning, planning, installation and setup of network systems
• Installation and configure cloud services like Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Acronis Cloud and Sophos Cloud Service

· Co-ordinate with Other Project Engineers/Clients & Site Supervisors at projects’ sites, on progress of schedule and work done

· Supervise and Inspect jobs done (Quality & Quantity) at projects’ sites.

· Base on Site Supervisors’ requisition, Send materials list to Purchasing Team to arrange.

· Verify workers’ attendance record, write progress report and send them to Admin department via Whatsapp

· Facilitate and request if any additional resources are required

· Ad-hoc duties if any assigned by Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, design, develop, execute, deliver and maintain web-based React and Node.js development and maintenance projects

2. Perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for all enhancements

3. Maintain active relationships with Product Owner to understand business requirements and review designs

4. Own backlog items and coordinate with both onsite and offshore team members to develop features planned for each sprint

5. Participate in collaborative technical discussions focusing on software user experience, design, architecture, and development

6. Demonstrate very good communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead teams of offshore and onshore developers
