1. Strategic Role

1.1 Level A

· Basic knowledge in Network services (including WAN & LAN). CCNA (Cisco Certificated Network Assiociation) certification and CCSA (Checkpoint Certificated Security Administrator) certification.

· 12 years' solid experience as network in MNC infrastructure equipment and healthcare infrastructure.

· Hands on technical skill in security products by Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet and Check Point.

· Strong networking skills (Layer 2/3 switching, Dynamic Routing EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, Load Balance, Router, Network Security, Cloud networking and Security)

· Experienced in Cisco ACI implementation, troubleshooting and certification holder such as CCIE is a bonus.

· Hands on experience in supporting complex data center and network problems.

· Experience diagnosing network problems and maintaining network security.

· Experience developing and training technical team.

· Good written and spoken skills in English. Cantonese and Chinese are bonus.

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information System or related discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders (business leaders, product managers, development teams) to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring the design is implemented correctly.
• Design and oversee integration of different systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between applications, services, and databases.
• Work with APIs, microservices, and middleware to enable inter-system communication.
• Ensure the performance and reliability of applications by optimizing architecture, code, and infrastructure.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and process flows.

Requirements:
