The Technology team sits under the Chief Information Officer who reports to the Country Chief Operating Officer. This job is part of the CIO's team providing oversight of the risk and control environment across Technology and the Singapore market. Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and contribute to our long-term business expansion by cultivating relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners.
• Lead ongoing market research efforts to facilitate product and market expansion.
• Propose innovative growth strategies to increase Monthly Active Users.

● Content Development: Craft compelling, informative, and engaging content tailored to a diverse Web3 audience, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media updates.

● Brand Messaging: Ensure that all content aligns with our brand identity and values, effectively communicates our mission, and positions us as thought leaders in the Web3 space.

● Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest Web3 developments, competitor strategies, and market trends to ensure content is relevant and insightful.

Qualification

• Create high-quality visual assets including graphics, infographics, icons, banners, and promotional materials for digital and print media.

· Create visually compelling graphics and animations for various media platforms

• Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on user experience and usability.
• Design engaging marketing materials such as social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and event collateral.
• Create informative and visually appealing infographics that simplify complex blockchain/Web3/DeFi concepts for various audiences.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work relevant to cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 industries.

· Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant software.

· Exceptional creative thinking with a keen eye for detail, color, and typography.

· Knowledge with blockchain and DeFi concepts, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging visual formats.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
