RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts with various external service providers and consultants, including technology agreements, SaaS, software, data and content licensing, professional services agreements. intellectual property arrangements, corporate services, operations, security, tax and audit engagement letters.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Approximately of 3-7 years post qualification experience required, preferably in a mix of top tier law firm and in-house experience within financial services or FinTech companies.
• Knowledge of technology, information security, data protection and privacy, outsourcing, intellectual property, and contract laws and regulations.
