This Technology Operations Engineer role is responsible for ensuring the availability and optimization of all systems/storage infrastructure along with monitoring platforms across the public and private cloud. The individual will provide support for various environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for Equity Derivatives and Delta1 Trading.
• Support and maintain production environment to ensure availability of critical services for daily operations of business. Partner with the global support teams, infrastructure and development teams to ensure quality support to our end users.
• Being the gatekeepers for the production environment, ensure all changes are understood and scheduled appropriately to maintain integrity of the services while implementing upgrades or new deployments (including emergency deployments) that are critical for business.
• Provide techno-functional expertise to produce and promote maintainable and quality solutions, which includes documenting system behavior, procedures and support run books.
• Report & escalate incidents to the appropriate chain of command with focus on business and technology communications to end users and senior management.
• Prioritize and troubleshoot functional issues in a complex financial environment, with various applications and architecture regionally and/or globally. Liaise with development and infrastructure and teams for efficient resolution of production issues.
• Carry out post incident review with development and infrastructure teams to ensure that the issue has been permanently resolved and to identify value add items. Respond to end users within timeframe dictated by the severity of the problem, and document and track the response.
• Provide continual service improvement of supported applications by managing and categorizing production alerts and reporting repeated issues.
• Focus on Operational Excellence - Automate recurrent tasks for continual service improvement and creation of resource bandwidth.

• Work with BCP coordinators to perform disaster recovery exercises and assist with audits when called upon.

Key Requirements

• 3 - 5 years production support experience in Financial Services sector with exposure to Trading floor users
• Functional knowledge for Equity and Derivatives products including Pricing, Risk, PL calculation and trade lifecycle for supporting standard processes across Front and Middle Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to tailor messages to wide variety of people and functions across Technology and Business.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting principles and incident resolution for complex systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles with experience on relevant tools.

Enable Cloud Native transformation strategy and roadmap

• Enable the next iteration of GIC’s cloud strategy by planning and executing against the vision for an agile organization that leverages cloud native to take full advantage of cloud computing
• Communicate the case for and benefits of increased cloud native adoption to senior stakeholders, business units and business solution teams

Enable Cloud Centre of Practice and Excellence

• Lead product management, including research and proof-of-concept, for emerging cloud native services and platforms, for example, enterprise containerization, landing zones, orchestration, and automation

• Provision cloud services to developer teams based on pre-stipulated service level agreements
• Manage the maintenance of virtual appliances, for example, AMI, and base container images
• Manage cloud operations disciplines like patch management, network configuration, certificate management, logging agents, and intrusion detection
• Steward cloud spend and budget, including the monitoring of cumulative usage, identifying of areas for optimization, managing reserved instances (RI) and negotiating on committed spend agreements
• Manage support vendor partnerships through regular vendor stewardship meetings and service level and escalation reporting

Provide technical leadership

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in delivering hybrid cloud strategies, operating models, and technology service management practices

The Team:

The Credit Trading Analytics team is part of the Global Financial Market Technology (GFMT) division at DBS and is responsible for designing and building auto-quoting tools and solutions while also helping traders uncover patterns and assimilate market information.

Your Role:

We are seeking a professional who is able to provide key subject matter expertise in the design and build of automated and machine learning based OTC trading tools, including but not limited to auto-execution workflows. The ideal candidate will have some experience building and designing these tools for other banks, technology, trading or investment firms. You will also need to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders involved.

Skills and Experience Required:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or the equivalent
• Experience as a Scrum Master will be preferred

Global Projects and Products Accountability

• Provide pharmaceutical formulation and fill finish sciences and technology leadership for programs, projects and activities related to Santen pharmaceutical product(s) to ensure business priorities and targets are met (e.g., New Product Introductions, product transfers, change management, regulatory submissions, etc.).

• Contribute to the drafting, review and/or approval of current and new (internal) global and/or local standard operating procedures and guidelines, related to the new roles and responsibilities of the FSTL and Global MSAT organization.

Skills & Qualifications

About the Role:

• Plan and cook creative, healthy, and delicious meals based on the specific dietary needs and preferences of our company members.
• Develop and implement innovative menus featuring a fusion of Mediterranean (Turkish, Spanish, Italian), Russian, and international flavors.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for daily employee needs, catering to both regular schedules and special events like company gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with the Events Team to ensure seamless coordination in meal selection for all occasions, considering dietary restrictions and attendee preferences.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of special dietary needs (organic, gluten-free, kosher, vegan, vegetarian, halal, etc.) and cater to them accordingly.
• Package and label prepared meals for later consumption with clear and accurate information.
• Implement proper food storage techniques and provide heating instructions for pre-prepared meals.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and handling practices within our corporate kitchen.
