JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent will be responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of investments for projects involving a wide variety of property type, investment and JV structures. Responsibilities

Accounting and Financial Management:

• Lead a team to maintain accurate accounting records and ensure robust internal controls.

Job Purpose:
