Client Contract Management (CCM) team supports Visa’s global strategy by managing the governance and contracting process of client contracts (from draft development and negotiation through to securing internal approvals, execution, auditing and reporting).

What a Contract Analyst, Client Contract Management does at Visa:

This role is an individual contributor within the AP CCM team based in Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, analytical and a strategic thinker.

• Serve as the key CCM contract owner for the assigned markets in managing and facilitating client contract administration process which includes reviewing and processing contract requests, contract drafting, stakeholders’ approvals, contract issuance, and execution within agreed Service-Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Liaise with various stakeholders including Account Executives, Products, Legal, Finance, Audit etc to ensure that contracts are developed and approved consistently and promptly in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Manage post-contract administration activities including and not limited to distribution of contract information to all necessary stakeholders, handling of hardcopies, contracts filing, database management, audit enquiries, and other post-execution activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documents associated with all contracts for management reporting, capacity planning, as well as for audit purpose.
• Identify and implement process improvements for assigned markets and / or contract types, and provide value-add services to our stakeholders and business partners.
• Participate in special assignments and providing ad-hoc support and reporting as required, including but not limited to supporting other regions’ colleagues as needed.

The Contract Analyst is a subject matter expert in managing and administering client contracting process, from contract drafting request through to executed contract distribution, by working with various stakeholders of all levels. Subjected to audit reviews, Contract Analyst, as part of CCM team, ensures designated contracts are aligned with business processes and controls established by various Visa corporate policies and compliant with industry-specific rules and regulations, while continually looking for opportunities to optimize such process and controls.

Projects you will be a part of:

As part of the CCM team, you will get the opportunity to work on strategically important projects for Visa in addition to the core responsibilities of a Contract Analyst. This includes, but not limited to:

• Collaborating with our stakeholders including other region CCM colleagues, Legal, Finance, Sales, Products, Client Services etc, continuously looking for opportunities to optimize CCM processes and workflow to drive process improvements and efficiency;

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Job Requirements:

• College degree and above, major in computer and other related fields

The Opportunity:

We are looking for talented, curious, and energetic Analysts who embrace teamwork and automation to quickly mitigate or escalate critical processing issues. An Associate Analyst is responsible to fully support the batch processing for Visa’s Debit, Data Platforms, and Core Systems applications in a multi-data center environment. The daily duties include monitoring batch processing flows, resolving errors following incident and problem management processes, and supporting daily change activities. You will get to see your efforts support critical processing of financial and non-financial data our clients depend on.

The Work itself:

The Associate Analyst is responsible for the management and recovery of the Visa’s Core batch applications and services which include:

• Monitoring batch processes and file transfers

• Taking corrective actions to recover failed jobs and file transfers to ensure batch processing is executed on time to meet SLAs

• Communicating with Clients via e-mail and phone to address issues or provide status on file deliveries

• Escalating appropriately based on documented processes

• Documenting all issues following standard ITIL Incident and Problem management processes

• Preforming Change reviews, executing change tasks, and coordinating change activity as needed

• Following all defined processes, procedures, and standards

• Defining and updating all team documentation including the daily shift handover

• Assisting support teams in updating job documentation and job schedules as needed to support efficient batch processing

• Preforming proactive analysis of the Visa’s complex batch schedules to detect potential problems and when necessary, take preventive actions

• Preforming UAT (user acceptance testing) for new or upgraded operational monitoring tools and batch related user interfaces

You are assisting the in-house IT Engineer in managing and resolving the day-to-day IT requests from employees. These tasks may include, but are not limited to the responsibilities as follow:

The QC Analyst will encompass a good understanding and execution of intermediate and advanced microbiology techniques (bioburden, LAL, plating and counting techniques, microbial identification, EM tests i.e. air sampling, surface viable sampling, total particulate sampling etc.). Key Responsibilities:

1.Financial Planning & Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop financial models to project future performance based on various scenarios.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide explanations for discrepancies

2.Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for business units.

3.Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide support.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide financial insights to guide decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling software.

You will support tracking of KPIs, working capital and Capex and be a business partner for operational management in finance related topics.

Key responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of the annual operating budget and management forecast for Far East
• Responsible for timely management reporting for the region to meet monthly and quarterly management reporting requirements
• Track and conduct monthly review of KPIs and financial data (Inventory/AR/unbilled) and provide regular updates to key stakeholders to support business performance management
• Develop and implement processes to achieve accurate and timely management reporting and compliance to corporate guidelines.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to resolve issues to achieve financial and business goals
• Partnering with operations and be an adviser in financial related topics
• Complete adhoc financial analysis projects as required.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Finance /Accountancy or related field with at least 5 years’ experience in FP&A. Those with less experience may be considered for the Financial Analyst position
• At least Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and has the ability to handle large data sets and data analysis
• Good knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business needs and drivers (business acumen)
