As Regional IT Auditor, you will add value and improve the bank’s Information Technology and Information Security operations by bringing an efficient and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Position Overview

The BI Analyst – AI and Machine Learning will play a crucial part in automating and optimizing our processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and drive innovation in our operations. Reporting to the BI Development Manager, the BI Analyst is responsible for the design, development, testing, debugging and documentation of AI solutions. The incumbent ought to have a strong technical background and an aptitude for incorporating business domain knowledge into their work. He/she interacts frequently with business stakeholders and communicates technical information in easy to understand terms to team members, internal stakeholders and the management team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize various processes within the semiconductor distribution operations.
• Design and deploy AI solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve accuracy, and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of project goals.
• Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of deployed AI systems to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on AI and machine learning best practices.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions applicable to our industry.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in developing and deploying AI solutions, with a focus on machine learning techniques.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Java, with proficiency in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data processing techniques.
• Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in the semiconductor industry or related field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• The analyst will perform monitoring, research, assessment and analysis on alerts from various security tools, including firewalls, antivirus systems, user behavior analytics tools, proxy devices and SIEM tools, etc. which requires demonstrable security incident response and/or insider threat experience.
• Recommend and review new use cases for insider threat monitoring
• Follow pre-defined actions to investigate security incidents or perform incident response actions, including escalating to other support groups.
• Execute daily ad hoc tasks or lead projects as needed.
• Participate in or lead daily and ad-hoc conference calls; Create, update or provide process documentation, or provide requested evidence for compliance & controls requests.

Skills / Experience Levels

• You have 6+ years working in the security & operations fields
• You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science or Cybersecurity preferred) or equivalent work experience
• Excellent knowledge of network security, TCP/IP, various operating systems (Windows/UNIX), and web technologies (focusing on Internet security).
• Ability to read and understand packet level data; Experience with user behavior analytics, DLP, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and host security products (HIPS, AV, EDR, etc)
• Certifications from EC-Council, GIAC, or (ISC)² are preferred [CISSP, C|EH, GCIA, CCNA].

The Security Operations Center Cyber Fraud Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks on a 24x7 basis. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Responsibilities:

The analyst performs monitoring, research, assessment and analysis of Digital Fraud Attacks leveraging various Security Event Monitoring platforms including Web Threat Detection, Real Time Fraud Risk Assessment, Big Data and Digital Application Monitoring tools (Splunk, SAS, Teradata, and enterprise real time fraud detection tools). Previous experience in cyber security operations or incident response is required.

Follow pre-defined actions to handle BAU and high severity issues including escalating to other support groups.

Execute daily ad hoc tasks or lead small projects as needed.

Create and maintain operational reports for Key Performance Indicators and weekly and monthly metrics.

Perform assessment as well as troubleshooting to help isolate technical issues with the integration of fraud monitoring technologies

Participate in daily and ad hoc conference calls to manage quality assurance and documentation related tasks.

Identify areas for tuning use cases to enhance monitoring value.

Engage with Fraud Policy, Operations, Strategy and other teams for early detection, prevention and mitigation of detected fraudulent activities.

Job Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Strong knowledge of current Cyber Fraud trends including common Account Takeover techniques and banking malware.

Deep understanding of Intrusion Detection analysis (TCP/IP, packet level analysis) as well as Application Layer Protocols (HTTP). Advanced understanding of various operating systems (Windows/UNIX), and web technologies (focusing on Internet security).

Knowledge of cutting-edge threats and technologies affecting Web Applications.

Experience with Big Data Technologies, ETL Tools, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence technologies is preferred.

Experience with any scripting language and Splunk is a plus.

Experience with vulnerability assessment as well as penetration testing or forensic analysis fields is a plus.

Certifications from EC-Council, GIAC, (ISC)² are preferred [CISSP, CEH, GCIA, GWAPT and CFE].

Qualifications:

5-8 years of relevant experience in Cyber Fraud or SOC
