The Role

Looking for an IT Manager to join our client, a social services organisation located in the East. This is an individual contributor role focused on managing IT operations through effective vendor management, overseeing a single outsourced IT partner. Key Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISM) are advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT management or similar roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing outsourced IT vendors or service providers.

1. Business Analyst shall:
