Job Description

• Provide support for IT troubleshooting end-to-end inclujding service levels monitoring of borth internal and outsourced IT service partners
• Manage processes and data to meet the qality service and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collate, analyze and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance
• Manage IT asests including storage and accounting of laptops
• Coordinate with partners for stocktake, maintenance and top up of centralised asset pool

Requirements

• Min Higher Nitec in IT field with 1 year relevant experience
• Singaporeans only
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel (Expert in vlookup and pivot table) will be advantageous

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in IT contract management, procurement, or vendor management.
• Procurement Experience on IT Hardware / Software.
• Experience in IT vendor services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Overall experience of 13-15 years in SAP with 4-5 end to end projects including RISE with SAP S/4HANA implementation project.

Shall be able to drive business discussions , lead business workshops, gather requirements, solution design. Should have strong functional, business process skills.
