Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Business Development participates in developing and implementing programs that will increase tour flow from marketing channels in the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe and Middle East (EME) markets, building relationships with external vendors and managing marketing materials. Evaluates programs for generating tours and implements solutions to enhance programs and tour flow. Communicates marketing strategyto external partners and internal marketing teams. Monitors and supports the day- to-day activities of partners

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing operations. Promote awareness of brand imageinternally and externally. Executing Marketing Strategy

• Support to build and maintain relationships with marketing brokers to ensure there is a clear understanding of eligibility requirements or details of participation for generating tours.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum (5) years of equivalent work experience in marketing and/or sales from hospitality/airline or banking/credit card industry; partnerships experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in any of the following disciplines – Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations and Business Administration.
