An Administration Specialist is a professional who specializes in handling various administrative tasks within an organization. You will be responsible for servicing senior executives from Fortune 500 firms in over 60 meetings annually in close collaboration with our China Admin Team.

Responsibilities:

• Documentation and Record Keeping: Managing and organizing documents, files, and records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with organizational standards.

Machinist

Responsibilties:
• Responsible for set up and operate CNC & NC Machine according to production schedule and meet all specification requirement.

• Read, interpret & execute various machining works using CNC and NC vertical/ horizontal lathe involving milling, turning and grinding per the engine manual requirements.

• Onboard new hires, provision laptops, and provide technical support
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported problems involving data, account administration, desktop hardware/software, and applications, escalating to the next tier when appropriate
