· Assist in designing and implementing automated operations processing to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the team;

Requirements:

· Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent preferred;

· Experience in managing internal and external IT security audits is preferred (e.g. SSAE-18, MAS TRM, global audits, clients’ audits, etc.);

· Strong technical background in cybersecurity and network technology and management, i.e. firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, MDM, SIEM, routers, switches, antivirus, patch management, privilege access management, end point security, etc.;

What you will be working on

Trainees under the course will join SCDF and become Fire and Rescue Specialists tasked with safeguarding lives and property in various emergency situations. As part of their duties, they will utilise their training to respond to fires, medical emergencies, and other rescue missions. Responsibilities include deploying firefighting techniques, conducting rescue operations, and providing medical assistance to those in need.

The hands-on training will comprise 80% of the course, allowing trainees to gain practical experience in real-world scenarios. The remaining 20% will consist of off-the-job training on campus, providing theoretical knowledge and enhancing skill development. Joining SCDF offers not only the opportunity to serve the community but also the chance to make a significant impact by safeguarding lives and property during emergencies.

About the Intrawise specialist (IWS) role:

The Intrawise Specialist is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third Party Management Team. Specialists are the main drivers to run independent projects, for achieving Wise’s mission… and being able to measure and assess the impact of outcomes. Expectations and Responsibilities for the Intrawise Specialist:

• Process Development and Project Management – Lead the creation of new processes on IntraGroup Governance from scratch and enhance existing ones. Utilise innovative solutions to improve intra-group operations (i.e. contracting, SLA monitoring etc) and drive overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• SLA Management – Oversee company and group wide agreed SLA’s, address ad-hoc issues, collaborate with SLA providers and country managers (receivers of services), to maintain and expand relationships.
• Regulatory reporting - Create and present monthly presentations outlining all Intercompany SLA and KPI performance, ongoing issue management, breaches, new services and mitigation planning.
