RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and process incoming reports of alleged legal rights infringement during the APAC time zone. Key metrics include SLAs, quality, accuracy, and escalation rates;
• Proactively deliver insights from data and trends seen in the queues, and suggest improvements;

1. Content review:Responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-submitted reports of intellectual property infringement on the social media Family of Apps. 4. Policy and legal compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to intellectual property, as well as the social media's internal policies and guidelines. 5. Training and development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge in the area of intellectual property operations.
