Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other Information Technology discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT application or system
• Previous experience in the area of web/eCommerce application migrations
• Experience delivering at least 1 full SDLC project
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to work independently; highlight issues proactively and report progress regularly
• General technical knowledge in infrastructure such as networking

Scope Of Work

Your essential functions and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Job Description:

IT Management

· Assist to revise IT Guide, Policy, and SOP.

· Communicate with vendors, including procurement, maintenance and payment of products and services.

· He or she will manage, support, and troubleshoot all hardware and software applications based on all end-user computing systems such as Desktop, Laptop, and handheld devices.

· Installing and configuring computer systems.

· Inputting and tracking IT support cases.

· Maintaining hardware and software inventory records for audit and asset management.

· Responsible for administering and regular maintenance of all existing IT infrastructure such as the network, servers, and backups etc.

· Any work assigned from time to time by manager or the Management.

Project Management

· Active participation in IT related projects such as gathering and analysing end-user requirements.

· Implement change requests on application enhancements when require.

· Provide application support in post implementation and maintenance support for existing systems.

· Monitor project status and prepare project status report to various stakeholders.

· Log, track, resolve and escalate related IT issues to the correct entity and take responsible and ownership till closure.

Value-added Competencies

· Proficient in the administration and configuration of Fortinet Firewall networking protocols, rules, and policies.

· Skilful in the administration of Windows Server 2019 or 2022

· Hands on networking experiences in administrating and configuring HPE, Ubiquiti Switches, Aruba, and Ubiquiti Wi-Fi Access Points

· Strong knowledge with hands on experience in Microsoft 365 Global Administration.

· Knowledge of Cyber Security and Healthcare Guidelines will be a plus.

Requirements of candidate:

· At least 3-5 years working experience in technology related field.

· Able to work independently.

· Team player, quick learner.

· Good communication skills.

· Proficient in English and Chinese for document and system writing.

· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Client Meetings

• Monthly Client Meetings to be arranged with all clients
• Client follow up mail to be sent within 24 hrs of meeting
• Any support issues to be logged with helpdesk
• Action plan issued to client within 48hrs
• Ongoing list of issues to be tracked and updated daily
• Roadmap for next year including technology and work effort
• Quarterly or semi-annual Client Presentations

Quotes

• All quotes to be processed through the helpdesk- see quote flow diagram
• Quotes to be checked every 3 hours and transferred appropriately

Proposals

• Project outline to be discussed with tech team leader
• Work effort to be signed off by a Director
• Proposals to be completed within 2 working days of request

Major Incidents

• Provide escalation where necessary and ensure client is kept up to date
• Send out RCA report within 24 hours of resolution of issue
• Follow up once resolved

Disaster Recovery

• Ensure all current procedural information is up to date
• DR procedural documentation filed and shared with Helpdesk
• Client made aware of any additional options
• Ensure that has Actionable DR Plans for all clients
