Job scope involves working with various IT partners (computer operations, system administrators, job schedulers, production support teams) and coordination with Business users during DR exercise

• Assist manager to consolidate the DR planning and post documentations for compliance
• Assess DR operational readiness of application on board for DR.
• Escalate Risks for management attention on issues which affect the scope of DR, schedule and quality.
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure the DR readiness delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations
• Conduct DR readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Post exercise reviews
• Weekly Status reporting
• Negotiate, plan and manage all Pre-DR, actual DR
• Facilitate regular pre-DR progress reviews and signoff. Continually work towards making improvement in the DR process
• Lead and co-ordinate the planning of all DR activities

Responsibilities

· Manage IT requests and provide IT support to our group companies and head office in Hong Kong and ensure all IT tickets are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.

· Plan and conduct regular checks, analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting for all GPG Group premises to ensure all software and hardware are up to date and effective, so as to prevent any possible disruptions in daily operations.

· Assist with the review, update and implementation of IT policies, SOPs and processes based on departmental needs, to minimise vulnerabilities, boost productivity and increase efficiency of IT systems and processes.

· Set up and maintain drives for all regular IT-related SOPs, guidelines, accounts, inventory and records, as well as other related information for IT Team and key stakeholders’ reference.

· Conduct research and maintain up-to-date understanding of the latest threats, vulnerabilities, mitigation, IT security, industry best practices, regulations.

· Provide all GPG staff with the necessary IT equipment and access to relevant company resources. Maintain and update an inventory for all IT equipment and access information.

· Perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and testing of software applications, IT equipment and network.

Requirements:

· Possess at least a Diploma (preferably IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline).

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. For Senior IT Executive, at least 2 years’ experience in the IT field in a relevant role is required.
