Key Accountabilities:

• Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Senior Manager (Marketing) to create and implement comprehensive 360º marketing strategies that align with organisational objectives.

Education:

Skills, Knowledge, and Relevant Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant marketing role, preferably within the Healthcare or Retail industry.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide tier-3 technical support for robotic systems, including hardware, software, and firmware components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers, collaborating with the technical team to escalate and address complex problems.
• Document and report recurring issues to the Technical team to support continuous improvement and product development.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, training, and technical briefings to empower the Customer Success team in providing top-tier support to customers.
• Participate in testing and validation of new robotic systems and updates, providing critical feedback to ensure customer needs and experiences are addressed.
• Maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and feedback from customers and the Customer Success team.
• Develop and update technical documentation, user manuals, and support guides to assist the Customer Success team and customers in effectively utilizing robotic systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
• This position may require occasional travel to customer sites.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities:

• Communicate programmes offered to beneficiaries clearly and concisely.
• Provide support for management of databases for programmes;
• Assist in conducting research and environmental scans on social programmes
• Manage and update up to 150 records of students and graduates from the programme
• Track monthly updates and progress of students, including but not limited to conduct, payments, attendances and submission of their result slips
• Process invoices from education institutions, payment vouchers for students under the programme
• Coordinate and ensure living allowances for students are disbursed accurately and on a timely basis
• Assist in reconciliation of the programme’s financial records

Job Summary:

The Applications Support Engineer provides technical support and maintenance for software applications, ensuring their optimal performance and availability. This role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with other IT teams to enhance system functionality. The Applications Support Engineer is also responsible for documenting processes, managing application configurations, and assisting in the deployment of software updates and patches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Support: diagnose and troubleshoot application issues reported by end-users or detected through monitoring tools. Provide timely and effective resolution to application problems, escalating issues when necessary.
  
• Incident and Problem Management: manage and resolve application-related incidents and problems, ensuring root causes are identified and addressed. Maintain an incident log and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of issues.
  
• Application Maintenance and Updates: work with development teams to deploy new versions and patches of applications and implement changes. Test and validate updates before deployment to ensure minimal disruption to users.
  
• User Support and Training: assist end-users with application-related queries and provide technical support. Conduct training sessions for users on new features or changes to applications. Develop user guides and support documentation to assist end-users.
  
• Configuration Management: manage application configurations, including settings, permissions, and access controls. Ensure that application configurations are documented and maintained in line with organizational standards.
  
• Collaboration and Communication: work closely with developers, system administrators, and other IT teams to resolve application issues. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on application status and issues. Participate in project meetings to provide input on application support requirements.
  
• Continuous Improvement: identify areas for improvement in application performance and user experience. Propose and implement solutions to enhance application efficiency and reliability.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in application support, software troubleshooting, or a related role.
• Beneficial to have experience in an Aircraft Engine Maintenance Repair and Overhaul shop.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, databases, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Role and Responsibility :-

• To provide quality day-to-day L2 Production support for Java/Web-based application.
• To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
• To manage implementations of new application releases, adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
• To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
