JOB PURPOSE

Role Overview

This role specifically focuses on growing livelihood opportunities for our artists with disabilities, mainly in the arts & design vocation track. This includes facilitating commissioned artwork, sale of artwork license to businesses, development and retail of art merchandise, organising corporate workshops amongst other business opportunities.

The role will report directly to the Executive Director, and requires the individual to work with independence and confidence to manage corporate and government contracts.

The individual will also be responsible for the growth of ARTDIS Studio (www.artdis-studio.com) as it aims to generate sustainable income livelihoods for the artists.

• Implement a sustainable business plan encompassing the following areas:
  • Sale of artworks and artworks licenses;
  • Sales of merchandise (www.artdis-studio.com)
  • Commission artworks;
  • Corporate Workshops;
• Account manage existing partnerships with government agencies, corporates and individuals, families and grow new leads.
• Manage administrative tasks such as issuing quotations and sales invoices, arranging logistic supports (product packing, printing, setting up in booth sales)
• Manage and participate in pop-up events for ARTDIS Studio

Job Description

• Perform technical presentations for customers and prospects.
• To provide technical/project consultancy in support of sales at client meetings and on conference calls.
• Work with the Sales teams to exploit the commercial opportunities for the IT Networking.
• Responsible for Pre-sales project management from requirement capturing, design to implementation.
• To write technical Requirement specifications which meet customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain product proficiency and competency level by attending mandatory training classes and successfully completing required levels of competency.
• Report monthly to the Pre-Sales Manager on pre-sales progress and development.

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent fields.
• Possess 2 years’ of related experience Presales role in IT Networking.

Job Requirements:

• MCSE that is related to the server, SharePoint, and Azure is advantageous.
• CCNA or higher CISCO certificate holder is advantageous.
• CCNP Security or relevant network security certificate holder is advantageous.
• Experience in the construction industry/Japanese MNC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and end-users of our digital twins solution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Work closely with the development team to gain a deep understanding of the digital twins platform's architecture, functionality, and deployment process, enabling you to provide accurate and efficient support.
• Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware problems related to the digital twins solution, including installation, configuration, and network connectivity issues.
• Document and track support requests, ensuring they are prioritised, escalated, and resolved.
• Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to facilitate the seamless deployment and integration of the digital twins solution within our organisation.
• Conduct training sessions and develop user documentation to educate internal stakeholders and end-users on effectively utilising the digital twins platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the digital twins and Iot domains, providing proactive support and guidance to internal users.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Changi. The Executive Assistant will perform administrative and executive support tasks for the company's senior executives. Daily tasks may include managing schedules, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, responding to emails and phone calls, preparing expense reports, and conducting research.
