This position is responsible for providing transactional and administrative support to ensure accurate, effective and efficient operations of Non-Supplier Invoice/Payment Processing. The Executive will carry out accounting tasks that are related to the actual efficient maintenance and processing of the university’s accounts payable and reimbursement transactions. Providing all these services effectively will ensure that municipal finances are accurate and up to date and that vendors and service providers are paid within established time limits.

Service Delivery:

• Verify invoices and payment requests are duly approved and comply with NTU financial policies and procedures.

• Data entry of invoice documents into accounting system.

• Resolve invoice/payment discrepancies and non-compliance cases related to Accounts Payable processing and escalate to NSS Accounts Payable Lead, if necessary.

• Assist with month-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations e.g., withholding tax and accounting standards.

• Monthly WHT filing and submission to IRAS.

Operational Governance and Excellence:

• Follow up balance sheet accounts e.g., WHT Clearing, Advance Payment, AP Aging and etc to ensure aged items are cleared timely and expenditure are accounted correctly.

• Work with Schools, Department and Centre users to ensure suppliers are created with bank details are maintained for facilitating electronic payment.

• Clearing of monthly bank reconciliation on direct debit transaction to ensure all invoices/payment are accounted on timely manner.

• Assist in providing documents and attending queries raised by internal and external auditors on the grant, internal statutory accounts.

• Subject Matter Expert for matters related to Contract for Service (CFS) and Non-Residents Professional Payment.

• Assist in updating SOP documentation on periodically basis to equip new members with requisite knowledge in carrying out AP duties.

• Involve and perform UAT for payment related change request or improvements.

• Conduct regular quality checks and analytics on processed transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with university standards.

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent  

• With 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience

• Knowledge of SAP financial system

Assembly is looking for an Account Executive, Affiliate Marketing for our growing and innovative APAC Affiliate Marketing team.  This person will coordinate the day-to-day operations for multiple affiliate programs. The role is full-time with several opportunities for growth into more senior marketing positions. This person will be responsible for affiliate communications and general account maintenance as well as assisting the APAC Director on our Affiliate Marketing team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Help the APAC Director manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships on various affiliate network solutions for Assembly affiliate clients
• Support APAC Director with the client onboarding process including setting up new affiliate accounts and creative assets
• Review and approve affiliate applications
• Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities, like responding to publisher inquiries, and drafting communications/newsletters for various campaigns
• Work closely with publishers to help maximize effectiveness of each affiliate program
• Work with the team to help execute affiliate promotional strategy and develop campaign ideas
• Run client reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Work with the team to set up new offers in the affiliate networks via text and banner link
• Help create and send affiliate newsletters

The main tasks will be:

• Provide in-house CTRM support to worldwide users during their day to day tasks (including pricing, exposure, pnl, VaR, invoicing matters and more), escalate supports when required to development team and ensure following-up with them. Ownership required on each support to provide best service.

Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Executive, you will help shape SHIELD’s go-to-market strategy by developing product positioning, creating and curating messaging, and conducting competitor research and analysis. You will report to the Product Marketing Manager and will be expected to work closely with several internal teams. You will need a “rollup your sleeves” mindset in order to produce impactful online and offline marketing assets, develop sales tools, and support other marketing tasks as required.

• Help create and own SHIELD’s product marketing plan from conceptualization to execution by identifying market opportunities, developing product positioning & messaging, and executing product launches.
• Work alongside internal teams to provide go-to-market support in developing and producing sales enablement and marketing materials (e.g. sales pitch presentations, product descriptions, kill sheets, customer success stories).
• Be a liaison point between marketing and the product teams to ensure our new product launches are communicated effectively to the market.
• Ensure our marketing materials are localized in any and all new regions that SHIELD is already in and expands into.
