Responsibilities

• Support the department team leaders in the project management process updates and communicating to stakeholders;
• Plan and support project activities, assessments, reviews and participate in status meeting;
• Actively provide project management support by collaborating with multiple teams (internal departments, other business and service units) in ensuring that the project is completed on time;
• Track and maintain the portfolio of data analytics initiatives supported by DMO;
• Support the Enterprise Data Architecture and Governance Program to develop the analytics capabilities and drive the change management agenda for the group;
• Understand the end-to-end data landscape, including systems, business processes and data flows to support data governance reviews and assessments; co-ordinate in the development and enhancement of supporting documentation;
• Be an agent of change and inculcate data governance culture and discipline across the Bank’s business and technical processes as well as across diverse stakeholders within DMO and with the business.
