What will I be doing?

Project Management

Reporting directly to the Manager Director, your role involves:

Leading the ERP project. Covering all aspects from gathering business requirements, selection of ERP to implementation, customizations and etc

Ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business applications (WMS) and third-party software.

Monitor warehouse system performance and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.

Conduct regular training sessions for end-users to enhance system proficiency and maximize utilization.

Collaborate with department heads to identify business process improvement opportunities through the ERP system.

Develop and enforce data security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Manage ERP vendors and negotiate contracts for software upgrades and support services.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system promptly.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in ERP and business management solutions.

Continuously seek opportunities to optimize ERP system functionality and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

· Plan, design & content creation for social media and websites (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Instagram, YouTube etc.)

· Manage and update social media accounts & company’s website

· Assist to design and prepare marketing promotional presentations and EDM

· Planning and execution of EDM communications

· Support other departments in all their requirements for marketing and sales collateral

· Expand the brand presence of the company increasing brand awareness and strengthening brand loyalty

· Manage and update company database and CRM systems

· Manage & support any virtual or physical company events

· Identify social media trends to innovate relevant campaigns

· Any other ad-hoc designing/marketing-related tasks.

· Plan and develop brands including campaigns, promotions, creative projects and new product development.

· In charge of tactical execution of the brand’s marketing communication initiatives in support of business strategy market goals and organizational objectives.

· Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, potential customers and third-party services.

· Ability to think out of the box and create methods for implementation

Job Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / Marketing, or equivalent

· Minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience with a proven track record of hands-on experience in Marketing

· Graphic design skill

· Knowledge of social marketing

· Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or any other graphics manipulation software)

· Knowledge of relevant IT programmes, adobe photoshop and product photography would be an advantage

· Innovative and creative thinker.

· Positive, independent and resourceful

· Good communication and written skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
