We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Senior Executive of Festival & Client Experience. This role is integral to the success of our organization, focusing on festivalisation initiatives (30%) and driving Advertising & Promotion (70%).

Festivalisation:

• Assist to plan, execute, and oversee the development of festivals and events that align with the organization's brand and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics, vendors, and attendee experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze and report on the success of festivals, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Other tasks as required.

Advertising & Promotion:

• Follow and improve on Advertising & Promotion sales strategy, working closely with the sales, marketing and event management services teams.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establishing partnerships with clients.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the effective execution of advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Perform other roles & responsibilities based on business needs.

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event management and/or advertising/promotion sales.

• Conduct daily walkthroughs of meeting room, VIP room and the general area to ensure set up are according to the checklist for use/occupancy.
• Maintain the reception area in an orderly fashion.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, filing documents, and processing paperwork.
• Manage and update space booking using the event calendar.
• Answer incoming calls and update space booking status.
• Manage enquires via all the channel OSA online agency. (Training provided)
• Track and follow up on activities, including introducing the event space to walk-in clients.
• Assist for daily operation in the setup of venue space. (Eg. Check projector, audio system working. top-up of beverage inventory)
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in this hospitality industry is preferred.
• Highly motivated, with a positive mindset, good working attitude, strong customer service skills, and a sense of responsibility.
• Solution-focused with the ability to work independently and minimal supervision.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

• Manage the end to end on-boarding of clients in accordance with the banks' Project Governance, Methods, competencies and change management frameworks

Position Summary :

In anticipation of future bids and projects in Defence and Public Security sectors, Engineering Department requires system engineers who has a track record of building, deploying and maintaining the IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment. Domain knowledge in enterprise data networks and/or cybersecurity is desirable.

The System Engineer is to assist with IT infrastructure solutions according to project requirements and drive transformation for internal/external customers by adopting established platforms. He/She will be involved with the requirements gathering, preparation of proposals, and conduct of presentations to customers or system owners. Upon confirmation of projects, he/she is expected to take on an active role in the definition, procurement, deployment and operations of the necessary IT infrastructure covering but not limited to server hardware, virtualisation middleware, operating system and backup solution etc. Where necessary, he/she may be tasked to support data networking initiatives, cybersecurity implementations and other COTS deployment depending on his/her technical background and interests.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

· Assist project or team leads in evaluating and recommending the appropriate IT infrastructure products (commercial or open source) that will meet project or customer requirements

· Take charge or support the deployment of said products, including integration and testing activities at the System-as-a-whole level

· Work with engineers from other disciplines (e.g. software, cybersecurity, integration) in the delivery of turn-key systems or proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives

· Monitor the health of infrastructure services and perform availability management for servers and its services, and assist in the resolution of operational issues

· Create & maintain technical documentation on Operations / Audit Best Practices, troubleshooting & related solutions knowledge base

· Manage the system recovery process (backup/restore of Infrastructure services and critical production server data and image) and assist in preparing incident reports in the event of outages

· Participate in failover or disaster recovery exercises of the IT infrastructure when required

· Deploy security fixes on Infrastructure services in accordance to enterprise vulnerability and patching strategy

· Support the administration of servers, VMware/Hyper-V platforms and domain controllers/LDAP servers

· Participate in the optimization of system performance and system capacity planning

Requirements :

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

· At least three years of relevant IT experience in designing (not mandatory), deploying and managing IT infrastructure systems.

· Required knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2k16/2k19, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and Azure Cloud

· Knowledge of infrastructure best practices, system technologies, operation processes and system engineering methodologies

· Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies will be desirable

· Technical certification in cloud and system technologies, such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VCP (VMware), VMCE (Veeam), CEH etc. will be advantageous

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Motivated team player with a keen eye for details, but able to work independently as well when required
