As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

1. End-User Support:

· Respond promptly to user inquiries, and provide technical support either in person, over the phone, or via remote assistance.

5. Security:

7. User Training:

· Conduct training sessions for end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices.

· Provide guidance to users on utilizing IT resources effectively.

· Assist with onboarding of new joiners. Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.

8. Collaboration:

· Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in providing onsite IT support.

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

Job Description

• Surgical Support: Participate and coordinate nursing activities within the day surgery center's operating theatre. This includes preparing and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring proper sterilization procedures, and assisting the surgical team during procedures.
• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing day surgery procedures. Conduct thorough assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and ensure patients are comfortable and prepared for their surgeries. Post-operatively, monitor patients in the recovery area and provide necessary care until they are stable and ready for discharge.
• Management / Leadership: Ensuring efficient and safe operations within the operating theatre. Provide guidance, training, and support to junior staff, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care and safety.
