Responsibilities:

• Supporting and maintaining the office network systems (Microsoft, Lotus Notes, Firewall, Leased / ADSL lines, Web Portal etc)
• Administer Active Directory O365, Hyper-V & VMWare(Windows), Network Servers inclusive of installing Operating Systems & Software, IT Security & Compliance
• Handling & managing Active Directory Server & MS Azure/EMS
• Handling of Infrastructure (Firewall), Servers backup & Recovery.
• Servicing of users requests and providing support for all in-house software & requirements.
• Involve in troubleshooting and resolving of servers & desktops problems.
• Carrying out the upgrading of the office systems (network, servers, desktops & related equipment / software).
• Maintain proper records of all equipment, software, incidents, activities and services provided
• Assisting in the disposing of obsolete, defective or non-serviceable equipment.
• As and when required, will provide briefing to the users on the usage of the office systems (standard applications, office network and related processes).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Possess 1 year experience as MIS Executive or System Administrator related role.
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (server & client), AD Server, Office 365 Administration, MS Azure / EMS Implementation, Hyper-V, Lotus Notes / Domino, Backup Application (such as Arcserve, Acronis, Symantec Backup Exec, etc) and other software applications.

Job Description:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems (e.g., Active Directory, data centers, telephony, video conferencing) and network devices (firewalls, routers, VPNs).
• Monitor system resources, ensure backups and disaster recovery plans are effective, and apply necessary patches.
• Provide technical support to local and overseas users while ensuring security.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
