He will be responsible for creating mechanical parts using a lathe machine.

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, set up the machine, select and change cutting tools, and monitor the process to ensure accuracy and quality.

Must be able to work independently, effectively troubleshoot issues, and have a keen attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances
• Set up and operate a lathe machine to fabricate mechanical components according to specifications
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools based on job requirements
• Ensure that the workpiece is secured in the machine and adjust machine settings as necessary
• Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges to inspect completed workpiece.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform routine maintenance on machines
• Communicate with team members to ensure that production goals are met

- Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

- Up to $4,000 with commission

• Carrying out diagnostic for van and lorry
• Carrying out mechanical repair for van and lorry
• Carrying out electronic repair for van and lorry
• Carry out engine overhaul and chassis repair
• Able to repair air condition
• Conduct preventive maintenance for vehicle
• Ensure that all work order is carried out accordance to the schedule
• In Charge of Vehicle movement and parking

REQUIREMENT

• Min. 5-year relevant workshop experience dealing with commercial vehicle
• Familiar with light to medium size van & lorry and the servicing of major brand such as Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Isuzu and Hino
• Familiar with both Petrol and Diesel engine
• Possess positive learning attitude & a good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work night shift and split shift
• Able to work OT on public holiday and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyses and formalize user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
• Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications
• Develop technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification. Involve in the design review session.
• Make changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc.
• Participate in Coding and Code Review.
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.
• Prepare user manual and operations manual, and plan & facilitate training of users and operators.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience with substantial project work in software development
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems or equivalent
• Hand-on experience in React Native
• Ability to produce specifications for documentations and implementations
• Experience in IT business analysis techniques
