The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will build important assets, implement project plans and change management deliverables.
• You will facilitate sessions to identify problem statements and attain agreement across teams.
• You will brainstorm people practices and research leading industry practices.

Role & Responsibilities

• Answer and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage all aspects of visitor registration: visitors sign in/out, issuing visitor badge etc as well as for visiting employees
• Manage office Inventory: stationery, pantry items etc
• Office Rental/Maintenance issues: point of contact with Building management for daily operations of the office (eg: air conditioning, lifts, light fixtures etc)
• Oversee meeting room cleanliness and operability.
• Business Travel Account Management: Work with AMEX and our Finance team to coordinate travel payments as needed
• Collaborating with TA / IT team on employee service, to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires and offboarding for exiting employees
• Mail: Sorting, distributing and managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Coordinating local and overseas courier and shipment (DHL/Fedex)
• Plan and execute office events eg: Quarterly birthday celebrations, office gatherings, Year end/CNY luncheon/dinner
• Issuing PR/PO as needed.
• Fire warden/emergency point of contact and first aid officer
• Management of employee lockers
• Maintain reception area
• Helping Sale Organization team to send product samples & POP materials etc to APAC Sales/Agencies/Vendors/Distributors;

You will support the Merchant Acquisition Team by tracking market trends and delivering applicable business insights, analysing sales pipeline and conversion data, and optimising processes to increase sales efficiency and growth across several Grab verticals - GrabFood, Dine-Out, GrabMart, and GrabPay.

You will report to the Head, Sales and Grab Merchant Centre in Singapore.

This role will be onsite at Grab office.

• You will lead market research and identify merchant acquisition opportunities across GrabFood, Dine-Out, GrabMart, and GrabPay.

What a Manager – In-house Creator does at Visa:

This position supports the Senior Director, Brand, Creative and Content, in delivering content across media platforms, and with setting the strategic and creative direction of our Brand and key business initiatives [e.g. Ecommerce, Cash Conversion] for Visa AP [B2C] and for Visa’s clients [B2B2C].

Working closely with cross-functional teams [Insights, Brand, Product] and client marketers across AP, this role will lead the development, execution and implementation of engaging, effective, insights-driven content across multiple media channels helping to drive Visa brand preference and create revenue opportunities with clients.

• As an in-house creator, this role will have dual mandates. The first of which is to create content for Visa’s social channels on both a campaign and always on basis.
