• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content that aligns with the Marketing Team’s goals and target audience
• Maintain and operate video equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting and accessories, ensuring optimal quality of video production

Job Summary:

This position will have the opportunity to work with advanced Additive Manufacturing technologies in the Innovation Hub (iHUB) established under the support of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). The incumbent will be stretched to learn new skills and deploy the technologies into the Global Environment as well as in Singapore Operations.

Roles and responsibilities:

• The Senior AM Engineer will lead projects from proof-of-concept to deployment and be responsible for project timeline and deliverables.
• Work with strategic business units (SBUs) to develop additive manufacturing parameters for aircraft components. Identify problems, define objectives, risk assessment, develop methodology, analyze test results, and provide recommendations.
• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to iHub AM team, perform material characterization and parameter development for both polymer and metal printing.
• Responsible for AM processes in composite polymer, LPBF, and DED. Develop and optimize parameters for production, and need to be hands on in this role.
• Provide feedback to design engineers to continuously improve the AM part production process.

Job description

Responsibilities

· To ensure effective communications with suppliers and freight handling partners in order for shipping documents and instructions to be issued in a timely and accurate manner to ensure on-time deliveries.

· Establish communication with suppliers to enable timely, accurate delivery schedule of supplier.

· To assist the Procurement Manager in liaising with supplier and forwarders on logistics and shipping matters.

· Preparation of expediting reports detailing supplier's progress and arranging transportation and logistics for clearance of consignments (import and export)

· Procurement of project and non-project items at various vendors to meet the Company's Yard requirements.

· Monitor performance and provide feedback of suppliers, transportation and logistics providers by ensuring resolution of issues and timely deliveries.

· Ensure close monitoring of committed delivery date of suppliers.

· Monitor and ensure that all custom permit declaration complies with the regulatory requirements.

· Inform overseas suppliers to provide import CIPL with seaway Bill or Surrendered B/L to DM person-in-charge to check and verification purpose.

· Review and verify overseas supplier import CIPL with seaway Bill or Surrendered B/L and MES Import.

· To liaise with carrier agent to request Notice of Arrival in advance before vessel arrives in Singapore.

· In charge of preparing logistics tariff rates.

· Collate and submit monthly MES report to Finance

· Assist in the Annual Vendors Assessment exercise

· Preparation of documents for audit purpose.

· Other procurement functions as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Purchasing Management/Supply Chain Logistics Management/Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marine or Oil & Gas industry or machinery procurement experience

· Able to work independently, meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills

· Physically fit, no serious kind of health issues

· Flexible, well mannered, professional, result-driven with high integrity level.
