Responsibilities:

• Prepare PBC schedule, such as spreadsheet and schedules preparation, invoices sampling, subsequent events checking
• Basic FS handling, such as 1st drafting, casting, tying figures to schedules.
• Facilitate communication with AMC and local book keeping firm
• Coordinating signing of FS
• Handle Cayman/BVI filling
• Monthly fluctuation check
• Monthly communication with local book keep firms, extracting of supporting for local book preparation.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of overseas legal entities finance control and regulation, manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and finance filings;
• Conduct regular evaluations and ensure all legal entities in the region are effectively managed from local statutory compliance perspective, work closely with the local team to identify and mitigate risks;
• Continually strengthen the framework of legal entity management; Lead and support project where you get an opportunity to define the problem, come up with hypothesis, engage stakeholders to shape the solution and ultimately implement the change;
• Improve overseas accounting operations and streamline the RTR process and build up the standardization process, optimize the accounting operation efficiency and accuracy;
• Design and implement operations inter-co charges between the Company and eco-system entities, standardize charge methodology and proper documentation in place, and accurate quarterly charges made;
• Monitoring internal control, developing plans for financial growth and supporting other ad-hoc projects.

• Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the operation, maintenance, repair and implement improvement works to all M&E and Building service and refrigeration systems
• Prepare and ensure schedules such as Maintenance Schedule, Repair Work Schedule and M&E Equipment Operation Schedule, and deadlines for events and installations works are met accordingly
