Who We Need

A Front Office Senior/Executive will be responsible for organizing and directing the daily activities of the front desk receptionist, portering service and telephone operator.

The key responsibility is to manage, train and provide guidance to the front office staff in delivering effective and efficient services.

The responsibilities are as stated below:

• To supervise the daily functioning of the front desk reception, operator and portering services such as handling of patient’ queries, complaints and discussing the nature of complaint.
• To supervise and provide training, coaching and counselling to staff in handling their jobs responsibly and independently.
• To prepare duty roster and monitor attendance and assist in the application of the various leave modules.
• To conduct appraisal and evaluation of staff ‘performance.
• To ensure compliance of the operator and potering duties.
• Conduct investigations on irregularities and report all findings.
• Conduct bi-weekly briefings and training programs.
• Collate data and generate reports to be submitted monthly.
• Initiate quality projects to improve work processes when necessary.

How to Succeed

• Degree in Business Management or Equivalent.

• At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
• Healthcare experience and customer service / call centre experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

· Team lead role; manage and hands-on in delivering value to company and customers

· Apply and package researched pieces as part of marketing material

Requirements

· 3-5 years of related experience (advisory, corporate training, financial sectors)

· Pactising consultant, with ESG recognised certificate (RMC, SBACC, TUV-Sud)

· Diploma or Degree (preferred; Business, Banking and Finance)

· Flair in consultancy and research

· Business, Macroeconomics and Financial savvy

· Customer Oriented

· Proficiency in English/Mandarin (read/write)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Double Entry for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables

2. To maintain individual AP/AR accounts and make adjustments if and when necessary

3. Day to day operational activities such as data entry, processing, and recording transactions, filing, updating the ledger or fact-checking.

4. Accounts Reconciliation / Bank Recon

5. Monthly P/L, BS, TB Closing on Autocount System

6. Reporting of Tax Filing (GST)

7. Filing of Bank Statements and all necessary supporting documents

8. Any other Ad-Hoc Duties assigned

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE "O" level or equivalent

2. At least 1 years relevant working experience.

3. Proficient in the use of MS-Office-Word, Excel, etc.

4. Good written and verbal communication skills with both English and Mandarin to handle enquiries from English and Mandarin speaking associates.

5. Responsible, positve, team player and energetic.

6. Posses initiative and ability to work independent.

7. Savvy with social media posting would be an added advantage.

1. Basic Salary range for Full-Time $2200 to $2500 per month, Part-Time be to discussed.
