• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Automation / Building Technology)
• At least 3 years’ working experience in IBMS, BMS, industrial automation, process automation, and/or building ACMV systems.
• Have worked with BMS/ACMV system in the Critical Operations Infrastructure is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Programming Siemens/ABB/Schneider Software are preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus/BACNet/MQTT/IP/Webservices).
• Knowledge in Autocad & preferably in BIM drawings
• Must be independent & able to commit to project deliverables

1. Ensure and promote compliance with company and procurement policies and procedures.

2. Manage the full cycle of procurement activities, including sourcing, assessment and selection of suppliers and management of purchases orders and contracts.

3. Generate purchase orders with suppliers for production materials based on forecasts and the production schedules.

4. Purchase goods, materials, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.

5. Conduct price and payment negotiations with suppliers and price comparison for management’s approval.

6. Maintain professional relationships with all key supplies.

7. Coordinate and manage shipment arrangements with forwarders.

8. Resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoice discrepancies, returns, and quality problems with suppliers.

9. Monitor and maintain inventory levels.

10. Collaborate with internal customers and provide a high level of customer service, including recommending solutions, resources, and alternative supply options.

11. Maintain and manage proper document filing for internal and external records, including updated records of invoices and contracts.

12. Work with Finance to address and resolve supplier payment matters.

13. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff, and visitors.

14. Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job Description Responsibilitie

• Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings required for hardware systems

Required Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in hardware design and development.
3. Experience with product lifecycle management, from concept development to production will be an advantage.
4. Certification or training in hardware design and development is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create Job Orders for material planning (MRP) to support customer sales order.
• Release Purchase Requisition in the Oracle System per Planned Orders.
• Determine availabilities requirement and adjust/re-adjust in accordance to Sales Work Order changes – pull-in, push-out and cancellation
• Review and release Work Orders with sufficient manufacturing leadtime as per capacity (MPS) and stating the necessary requirements needed - TCN / ECN implementation.
• Generate Clear To Build (CTB) reports/shortages for material status, Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders informing them of any potential materials shortages that could affect the shipment sales schedule.
• Commit delivery based on material full kit date and production commitment.
• Support Customer Focus Team on delivery commitment and supply matters.
• Analyse and review inventory levels to identify and address potential bottlenecks, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Monitor and report key performance
