• Lead a team to manage all aspects of daily building maintenance (M&E Services)/ upgrading/repairs, support kitchen operations, manage tenancy agreements, security, housekeeping and store operations; and ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements and good support to various internal departments
• Perform the account manager role of the hospital to address any facilities and/or operations-related queries and needs from patients, relatives, staff, stakeholders and various regulatory authorities

Requirements:

Job Functions & Summary:

• Assist to oversee and drive the Food & Beverage functions to be a trusted partner with the other business units to deliver valued financial advice and support .

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the business strategy by developing and implementing short to long term business plans in line with the Company’s F&B overall goals and objectives.
• Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies on all the Company’s F&B business development and projects activities.
• Consolidate financial and management reports of the business for Senior Management monthly reviews.
• Oversee that the annual budget and forecast are prepared in a timely manner.
• Review and analyse operational matters such as labour utilization and productivity analysis and advise the Senior Management on the financial implications of operational decisions.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative

· Support all fundraising administration, operations, and campaigns.

· Handling of inquiries relating to fundraising

· Liaison with suppliers and stakeholders

· Working with the Digital Marketing team to develop marketing and publicity materials to support fundraising initiatives and to promote SUN-DAC’s cause

2. Event planning, organisation and execution

3. Fundraising and Partnerships

· Undertake research on prospective corporates, trusts, foundations and public donors.

· Cold call potential donors and build relationships with them.

· Assist with the drafting of reports to donors concerning the utilization of donations.

· Arrange fundraising events and tours of the charity’s projects for potential donors.

· Develop new accounts and provide stewardship for current/recurring donors.

· Support in the drafting of proposals, donor appeal and appreciation letters.

· Pitching and presenting to Corporates

· Ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements for fundraising activities.

4. Any tasks and developmental cross-functional projects that may be assigned by the Fundraising Manager or Executive Director.

Responsibilities include

• Participate in the overall development of a collection, from trend presentation, to conception, through to final styling
• Design womenswear apparel and textiles that are trend-conscious, true to the brand’s identity and in line with the product range.
• Research current and upcoming seasonal trends, prints, colours, and incorporating these ideas into weekly collections in a commercial manner.
• Create clear and detailed tech packs complete with accurate measurements and appropriate fabrics and trims, while remaining price point sensitive.
• Reviewing and developing all products, including measuring of samples, fitting prototypes and samples, and communicating changes to factories.
• Maintaining close working relationships with factories and suppliers to remain updated on the status of samples and orders.
• Review and analyze sales data in order to concisely and effectively present and utilize the information
• Working collaboratively with the Marketing and Operations team to ensure that the key messages of the collections are effectively communicated to customers, while managing the timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion or Design preferred
• At least 1-2 years work experience in fashion design with a track record, preferably for digital/e-business fashion brand.
• Strong computer skills including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Word and any other CAD programs.
• Possess a strong technical foundation in apparel construction and keen sensitivity to fashion trends
• A good understanding of the Fayth brand
• Excellent eye for trends, details, and colour
• Strong command of the Chinese language
