Shipping Coordinator

· Managing and checking on daily order send via email or EDI by the customer.

· Manage and creating the order and generating the pick slip from WMS or perform system transaction in customer’s system. SAP, Oracle etc.

· Ensure all the orders are shipped on time and transaction are being done correctly to meet the KPI.

We are looking for a successful Business Development Manager who is dedicated to helping our company grow. As our Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the planning of effective marketing and sales strategies and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Research and find new opportunities in our industry for our business to successfully grow and expand into.
• Stay up to date on marketing and sales best practices.
• Aid with the creation of marketing and sales material to be used across various platforms to promote our business.
• ⁠Collaborate with our sales team to set and meet competitive sales goals.
• Meet with existing clients to determine ways we can better meet their needs.
• ⁠Cold call, meet with, and onboard new potential clients.
• ⁠Aid with the hiring and training processes of new sales team members.

Requirements:

• Must possess a degree in business, marketing, or related field
• ⁠Past sales and management experience are a must
• ⁠Must be a strong leader and team player
• Must be a natural salesman or saleswoman
• Must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills are a must
• Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
• ⁠⁠Required able to travel to China and ASEAN countries for business discussion.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in a customer service role with work experience in PPE, Clinical, Medical, Online Shopping, Hardware industry being an advantage.
• Detail oriented, keying of Sales Orders, good time management skills, arranging timely deliveries, managing online transactions, responding to customers enquiries promptly.
• Pleasant and friendly disposition, able to work with different nationalities and age groups.
• Mainly office duties with some adhoc marketing duties to be performed during trade fairs and introduction of SafetyFit brand products to customers.
• Tidy the showroom area and daily packing duties expected.
• Proficient in written English and ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word.
