Job Description:

• Must be able to generate new business by prospecting, cold calling or leveraging on existing contacts.
• Measure current sales within existing accounts and develop action plans to increase sales revenue.
• Support, review and prepare, not limiting to the following documents: tender documents, contracts, pricing structure, quotations etc.
• Establish partnership with Key suppliers/principals to continuously drive sales performance to existing channels eg: training, joint sales calls, promotion etc.
• Provide technical support to key accounts
• Must be able to lead presentations, proposals and plans as necessary.
• Identify cross selling opportunities within key accounts.
• Monitor programs, analyse data and trends, provides accurate reports on existing and new business opportunities, hold regular service performance and business reviews, and initiate improvements for your portfolio.
• Partner with the internal teams to ensure world class customer service is achieved and your team always represents the Sonepar Singapore brand to the highest level.
• Ensure compliance with Sonepar Singapore’s sales policies and procedures.
• Provide detailed reports and analysis of data as required by management.
• Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
• Market knowledge in range of Mechanical Products, Static and Rotating Equipment for Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Marine, Oil & Gas sectors.
• Familiar in Mechanical Products, Static and Rotating Equipment related products & services. With Technical knowledge preferred.
• Identify and address any issues not resolved to higher managemen

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related studies, preferably with more than 2 - 3 years working experience in a trading or related environment.
• Self-motivated and has the ability to work independently
• Candidates with experience in the electrical industry are preferred.
• Class 3 driving license with own vehicle preferred
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize work
• Excellent customer service and customer relationship building skills
• Possess initiative and good communication and listening skills
• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel and Word
• Experience with ERP System
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and create effective business partnerships
• Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, commission, maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair of customer’s semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of the equipment.
• Coordinate and communicate the status of assigned jobs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare field service reports on customer support activity and supports the preparation of quotation (services, parts, upgrade and retrofit packages and etc).

Requirements:

• At least a NITEC, diploma, degree or related certification in engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience with semiconductor or PCB assembly equipment.
• Experience with front-end wafer fab or semiconductor back-end packaging manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of tape lamination, tape removal, wafer mounting, wafer grinding, wafer dicing, wafer inspection or chemical processing systems would added advantage.

Job Responsibility:

• Conceptualization of branding and advertising materials
• Assist in development and implement e-commerce design strategies with the General Manager for both B2B and B2C channels
• Responsible for managing web portal designs and managing e-commerce channel (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Company Website etc.)
• Assist in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
• Manage new product uploads, product detail maintenance and promotional activities
• Prepare graphic / artwork for promotional campaigns
