• Process daily financial transactions related to property management and product sales.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for rental properties using accounting software. Mainly AR and AP book entries.
• Assist with monthly closing procedures for accounts eg bank reconciliation.
• Manage general office tasks and administrative duties
• Support with tenant inquiries regarding rent payments and late fees. Coordinate with maintenance vendors for repairs and service requests.
• Track and record maintenance schedule.

Qualifications:

• Basic Bookkeeping Certificate (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
• Strong computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets, words)
• Eager to learn and develop new skills in property management and retail.
