Roles & Responsibilities

· Assist the Landscape Architect in the production of detailed drawings - Provide technical assistance in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all project work. This includes develop general 2D or 3D CAD drafting in all project phases from concept to implementation in ABC Water Features and landscape architectural (Landscaping Drawings) in accordance to clients’ requirement and aspirations

• Prepare & produce design presentations, administration & Documentation of projects leading to its completion - preparation of renderings/documentation as well as other project materials, manual model making under supervision, preparation of softscape tabulations and any other technical assistance as assigned from time to time by the team leader or landscape architects. To ensure drawings developed meets the required standards and client requirements
• Responsible for updating drawings as per the latest information provided
• Carry out authorities’ submissions and follow up
• Work closely with Engineers, Project Manager, or CAD/BIM team members to ensure successful completion of assignment within the given timelinw
• To prepare and maintain drawing deliverable list for the Project
• To coordinate all project drawings and estimate resource requirements

Job Requirements
