Key Responsibilities

Animation & Product Launches:

• Align the brand direction for each launch with the regional vision to ensure relevant visual merchandising outcomes that supports the marketing strategy.
• To submit forecasting of launch POSM and testers based on marketing priorities and budget.
• Design and create visual merchandising displays based on launches needs in all POS and to manage the production and delivery to stores.
• Consolidate POSM orders that requires local fabrication for all launches.
• Update planogram for all stores and formats based on Merchandising plan and aligning with Marketing team.
• Preparation of visuals for various formats utilizing brand guidelines and manage vendors in the process and ensure visuals are installed on planned launch date.
• Preparation of comprehensive and clear launch fitting guide relevant for all stores for BC to follow.
• To provide asset creation and graphic layout for all launches and related market event setup.
• Consolidate launch reports for submission to Regional team and photos update on Flash report.
• To submit Sephora VM planograms for every launch changeover.
• To work with suppliers on VM POSM production for animation and events setup.
• Setup of animation and events.

Openings/ Renovation:

• To create a store brief when there is a new store opening or renovation.
• To plan the visual merchandising aspects of a new store by preparing the planogram, category organization and visual elements of the store.
• Assist in sourcing and ordering of merchandising elements, manage the production processes, timeline and quality.
• Align store’s needs with regional direction in the presentation of products and visuals.
• Preparation of comprehensive and clear store opening fitting guide for setup team to follow.

Forecasting, Inventory Management & Budget:

• To manage long-term planning for planograms based on the product assortment plan to identify POSM needs and allocation for PH network.
• To consolidate and submit forecasting of generic and permanent POSM based on above, while validating warehouse stock levels to ensure accurate forecast.
• Track status of orders and ensure timely delivery of POSMs to each store.
• Work with logistics team to align allocation plans for markets and ensure healthy POSM stock levels.
• Manage local production to fulfill store needs where necessary.
• Manage and track cost spending with every launch VM (F24, F27) budget.

The Intern Business Analyst TR APAC LVMH Beauty will support Regional Finance Director Travel Retail Beauty APAC mainly for internal multi-brands data consolidation & reporting:

• multi-brands new BI data base set up in the region (upload historical data + data checking)
• reporting / consolidation (Monthly SyRUS Extraction P&L : all TR entities)
• price corridor extraction from IT system
• support LVMH TR APAC Business analyst to revamp monthly market file estimation
• other Ad hoc analysis

• Undertake design for road and drainage, including long section and cross section of permanent and temporary stages
• Study and propose utility diversion for permanent and temporary stages
• Assist in developing the specifications and tender documents, cost estimates, calling tenders and tender evaluation.
• Undertake design development, prepare technical reports and supervision of roads and utilities works for infrastructure projects.
• Communicate with clients, sub consultants, approving agencies, etc, for purposes of obtaining information and approvals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Integrated Communications and Marketng
  • Develop strategies for the development and implementation of an integrated communications plan to engage SMU alumni, students, and colleagues in Schools, Offices, Colleges and Institutes in alumni engagement.
  • Innovate and create original, platform/channel-specific marketing and publicity content for the various communication touchpoints to engage the targeted alumni communities including but not limited to digital and non-digital platforms.
  • Develop the creatives of various publications and collaterals and oversee the quality of these creatives in production and utilisation.
  • Plan, organise and deliver the communications and marketing support for day-to-day activities, events, and initiatives.
  • Monitor, adapt and adopt digital engagement trends and best practices in communications.
  • Organise info-sessions and manage outreach booths at Cap/Gown and Commencement.
  • Liaise with the Office of Corporate Communications and Marketing to ensure alignment with the University's brand, marketing and communication strategies and policies for media requests, press releases, university-level or alumni events.
  • Support the Office of Alumni Relations to plan, coordinate and execute upon comms efforts including signature events such as Homecoming, Alumni Awards and Patron's Day..
  • Manage the recruitment, training, performance and of student ambassadors for events.
  • Lead, train and develop a team of staff members, define roles and delegate duties.
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects for Director and/or Office/University as deemed necessary.
• Building Institutional Knowledge of our Alumni
  • Continually improve SMU's knowledge of our alumni and their needs by gathering information on their participation in online activities, interaction, and usage trends.
  • Manage and maintain the updated records and media archives of alumni information.
  • Lead the team to analyse data, derive insights, and propose recommendations on improving digital alumni activities and events.
  • Identify key metrics and develop measurement reports to evaluate the success of digital and non-digital alumni engagement efforts.
  • When required, conduct surveys to identify the diverse needs of alumni and improve programme offerings.
  • Measure the success of events and programmes.

• Bachelor or Master Degree with at least 10 years of working experience, preferably in higher education sector and relationship management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Able to manage a team under tight deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of motivation and energy.
• Able to think strategically and develop plans; and implement these plans to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Proven track record in the higher education sector for planning, executing and improving community interaction and building. Knowledge of alumni relations will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management, good administration and organisational skills.
• Effectively bilingual with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Mature and able to build and maintain relationships with alumni, industry partners and stakeholders.
• Proficient at using social media, database, web analytics tools to run online marketing/community engagement campaigns.
• Proficient in the adoption of tech solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
• Experienced in working with stakeholders in the design and development, UX/UI testing, roll out and maintenance of data/content management systems (CMS).
• Web writing/development, graphic design, photography and or video production skills would be advantageous.
• A dynamic team player with an innovative mindset and a positive outlook.
