JOB PURPOSE: (Role Summary)

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting the Senior Accounts Executive in all aspects of day-to-day accounting functions and operational activities. This position reports to the Senior Accounts Executive and to the Company Accounts and Finance Head.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The responsibilities shall mainly include:

Accounts

1.Accounts payable review including:

a. Vendor Payments (starting from issue of PO, obtaining approval, vendor bill review, rebilling, payment monitoring, vendor account reconciliation and closure in Accounting system)

GST compliance:

Supporting in preparation of GST working and submission of quarterly GST return.

Documentation review (e.g. Sign and stamp on delivery notes for zero rated sales)

HR

Documentation review of employees.

Leave and attendance record maintenance.

Administration

Processing of employee Visa application, Ministry of Manpower pass requirements, etc.

Inventory Management

Responsible to manage and review Inventory control in Zoho for receipts, issues, stock balance.

Review and monitoring of consistency between physical stock taking and accounting records.

Miscellaneous

Fixed Asset register including annual physical verification.

Maintenance and preparation of documentation including policies and processes.

MIS reporting as and when needed.

General

Chef Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee suppliers to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of outsourced projects within budget.
• Facilitate the transfer of projects from supplier/internal stages to production sites, incorporating proper IQ, OQ, and PQ validation.
• Manage customer accounts to guarantee overall satisfaction. Collaborate closely with customers, internal designers, toolmakers, logistics teams, material suppliers, and vendors in the development of new products/tools.
• Offer technical solutions for addressing mold issues in both design and fabrication.
• Provide weekly updates through Gantt Charts to both internal teams and customers.
• Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams in close coordination.
• Take a leadership role in ensuring that projects align with customer timelines and meet expectations/specifications.
• Regularly inform customers about project development and progress.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in plastic injection molding and tooling, with experience in managing suppliers.

Provide functional and technical expertise and implement up to date solutions in either or all the following SAP modules (SD, MM, WM/eWM), in accordance with the design and implementation as per accelerated SAP (ASAP) implementation methodology and in compliance with enterprise architecture principles and standards in a cost-effective manner.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead SAP configuration and implementation by independently handling customizing settings in SAP SD, MM, WM or eWM to implement new business in system and to enhance existing business functionality.

- Execute simple / complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures using ABAP programs.

§ To be Proficient in ABAP OO, Dialog Programming and debugging

§ SAP certification in either or all modules SD, MM, WM or eWM is desired.

§ Mobisys (mobile application) Knowledge is a plus.
