Job Descriptions

• Support curriculum development efforts to strengthen and promoting the curriculums relating to clinical courses.
• Facilitate discussions for workgroups to design, review, develop and implement changes to education programs
• Plan and monitor timelines for the workgroup to ensure that milestones are tracked and tasks are completed
• Effective change and stakeholder management to promote close collaboration between different groups of educators and their stakeholders in the process;
• Collect, manage and analyse data as required, e.g., for program evaluation and assessment, to enable data driven decision-making;
• Support for the Curriculum Committees in the school, to ensure effective operation of curriculum governance.
• Provide on-site operational support for NUS Medicine clinical exams and other activities critical to our education mission

Job Requirements

• Degree in any field, good to be graudated in Life Science courses.
• Strong administrative and communication skill.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate and/or Microsoft Power BI is an addition!

Lindner Facades Asia Pte Ltd (LFA) was successfully re-launched in May 2019, as part of the Lindner Steel & Glass operation. Located in Singapore, LFA will be used as a base to promote and secure projects for LFA and Lindner Group in the vast and promising Asian market.

Our projects will cover the Asian markets, which include India, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. Enquires have also been received from Cambodia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

LFA offers pre-sales consultation and planning advice, design and engineering, project management and planning, fabrication and installation. Employing a team of highly skilled, well-trained and extensive experience when it comes to LFA’S unique selling point in delivering turnkey projects with complex steel and glass, facades, skylights, curtain wall and building envelopes.

Responsibilities

1) Understand and implement Company QEHS Policy and procedures on assigned projects.

2) Ensure the requirements of Project QEHS plan/manual is implemented and adhered to on assigned projects.

3) Ensure assigned projects meet Quality requirements as set out in the design drawings and Contract documentation.

4) Liaise with client’s and sub-contractors’ quality representatives.

5) Monitoring implemented QEHS system through periodic audits and ensure that all quality requirements are documented and properly maintained.

6) Carry out regular internal and external audits and prepare reports of findings.

7) Participate in audits by clients’ team of the company’s systems implemented on assigned projects.

8) Investigate and document any client’s complaints about quality.

Requirement

• Strong business domain knowledge in insurance or related financial industry e.g. (Banking, Fintech etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis and/or consulting experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives.
• Experienced in supporting techno-functional assessments across functions in insurance.
• Possess strong reasoning skills and able to bridge gaps between technology and business requirements.
• Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals
• Strategic forward-thinking approach to challenges with outstanding communications, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, highly self-motivated, result oriented and can work independently with ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Strong teamwork experience in managing internal stakeholders, end users and vendors.
• Knowledgeable in Web, Mobile technologies, app ecosystems and APIs
• Well versed in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Expertise in JIRA, Confluence and QC tool will be an added advantage.
• Expertise in ID prototyping tools such as Figma will be an added advantage.

Requirement

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering/analytics space
• Expertise in SQL and data analysis and strong hands-on expertise with at least one programming language: Python.
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following big data tools: Hive, Hadoop Impala, Spark, Kafka
• Strong expertise in ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, and hands-on experience.
• Experience developing solutions for cloud computing services and infrastructure.
• Experience developing and maintaining data warehouses in big data solutions.
• Up to date on industry trends within the analytics space from a data acquisition processing, engineering, and management perspective
• Experience in agile development.
• Strong people skills, specifically in collaboration and teamwork
• High level of curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Descriptions

• Offering sound advice on financial planning and management issues, programmes funding, operational issues, tax issues and so on.
• Improving budget marksmanship practices by equipping line divisions with readily accessible dashboards and transaction details for their pro-active financial management including re-allocation of resources to maximise the use of funds.
• Handling and managing organization’s budgets including Operating budget, Capital budget and Government funded Programme budgets ensuring optimal use and allocation of funds to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Managing multiple source of funds, liaise with funders to ensure proper accountability, including but not limited to transacting funds drawdown, tracking of utilization, reconciliation and closure.
• Reviewing and providing analysis for actual utilization/marksmanship reporting to management, parent ministry.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accountancy and/or finance.
• Experience in Financial Analysis & Planning and Workday is advantageous.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau to review data.

Duties and Responsibility:

- Bill of Quantities Take-off

- Calculations of costs

- Support Project Teams in term of contracts administration such as payment claims, variation claims, Sub-Contractors’ payment certifications, final account settlement, review of Contract Documents, Letter of Award, binding of Contracts / Sub-Contract Documents

- Able to work independently

Requirement:

- Diploma / Degree In Building / Quantity Surveying

- Preferable with 4 to 5 years relevant experience in Façade Industry.

- Good knowledge of standard forms of building contract used in Singapore will be advantage

- Possess good command of written and spoken English
