Responsibilities:

Job Responsibility

1. Implement an enhanced Site Safety, Health, and Environmental management system to manage risks and minimize accidents and incidents.
2. Investigate any incidents/accidents and advise on the remedial measures to be taken to prevent any recurrence;

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with educators, subject experts, policymakers, and other relevant professionals to develop quality curricula, instructional strategies and learning resources
• Review, update and make relevant revisions to the existing curriculum to ensure that the curricula and instructional design remain current and relevant
• Review curriculum development and material selection in alignment to MINDS learning framework
• Work closely with MINDS entities to field-test and evaluate the implementation of the curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment across MINDS Adult Centres to ensure quality delivery across MINDS
• Support the implementation of the curriculum through staff training and development of quality teaching-learning resources
• Conduct feedback reviews with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of the curriculum and instructional design, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Take on administrative and project management duties and obligations responsibly as part of overall curriculum development and management.
• Train and/or facilitate training of staff in the use of course materials to enhance teaching and the application of instructional techniques to achieve clients learning
• Support training staff in the understanding and application of educational and curriculum plans, strategies, and materials
• Work with training staff to be able to develop educational/ training and transition goals
• Work with training staff to develop the learning units that translate the curriculum areas into assessments and learning activities
• Plan, research and develop curriculum to support the review of curricula, improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning and explore strategies to overcome the challenges encountered by centres, clients and training staff
• Collect, organise and interpret statistical information related to curriculum development to help make sense of trends, practices and help guide decisions.
• Make recommendations about the methods and ways to obtain and analyze data to improve quality and the efficiency of data systems
• Work closely with the MINDS entities to support curricula innovation during the review and revision of the existing curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment

• A masters or degree in education, curriculum, educational technology, educational psychology, instructional design, communication or related field; a background in teaching and/or professional development, knowledge of current curricula models, instructional design frameworks and assessment methods

• At least 5 years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in a similar educational setting
• Experience in special needs and curriculum development
• Demonstrated experience in applied research and data analytics
• High level of written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders (e.g. teachers, training officers, AHPs and management)
• Experience in writing journal papers, technical reports, position papers and practice briefs with minimal guidance (Track record of publications is highly valued)

About The Role

1. To assist in organising and coordinating projects listed under the YE key thrust.

2. Work with strategic partners to establish an ecosystem to better support the various life cycle phases of youth entrepreneurs.

3. Monitor the progress of all youth entrepreneurs on the start-up funding programme and enhance their development with customised training and knowledge sharing platforms.

4. Handle all incoming funding applications from youth entrepreneurs and facilitate the interview and selection process.

5. Market the organisation and its programmes to the relevant youth entrepreneurship communities to increase awareness and participation.

6. Identify programme gaps and initiate appropriate enhancements to better support local youth entrepreneurs.

7. Conceptualise and implement the Heartware Youth Business Conference on time and within budget.

8. Evaluate feedback for programme enhancements.

9. Update database to provide timely submission of statistical reports and progress reports against KPIs.

10. Develop, update and streamline Standard Operating Procedures for existing projects undertaken.

11. To manage budget and ensure the programme spent within budget.

12. To assist in the preparation of quarterly reports for Board meeting.

13. Any other events and duties as assigned by your Supervisor or Executive Director.

Candidates Requirements

Technical Competencies:

a. Diploma or degree from an accredited college or university is required. Preferably degrees in
business, events and hospitality management, marketing or tourism fields.

b. Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Core Competencies:

Job Requirements:

• Possess recognised Degree in Project Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ construction working experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Preferably completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Good project management, communication and good analytical skills
• Ability to work with tight schedule in a fast-paced environment
• Adopt a proactive mindset when facing and solving issues; take charge of the planning and organization of resources and activities at the site

1. To assist in the planning, co-ordination and implementation of programmes undertaken by the Charity
2. To have an oversight of all programmes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
3. Ensure delivery of programmes that impact our beneficiaries and key stakeholders, including evaluation of their effectiveness

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be considered for positions available in the following departments:

• Radiology, Pathology, Intensive Care Medicine, Urology
• Completed specialty training in the relevant specialty in countries such as Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, UK or USA.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Follow up on feedback from patients and stakeholders.
• Work with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Doctors, nurses, allied healthcare and ancillary staff) on conflicts resolution and ensure prompt service recoveries.
• Lead, participate or support improvement and transformation initiatives and be comfortable with using digital tools such as Zoom and teams to conduct training and execute patient oriented initiative.
• Assist with patient feedback systems maintenance, data collation, report preparation, service dashboard, customer analytics and insights.
• Assist to establish/coordinate Centre’s policies and procedures, as and when necessary, for continual improvement of service standards.
• Participate and support cluster initiatives such as the new CRM system and SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network.
