1) Liaise with Main Contractor on schedule and operations

3) Coordinate with drafters on drawing matters

Job Description:

• Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
• Key responsibilities such as to work according to the menu specifications.
• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food productions (Cold / Western Kitchen)
• Keep up to date with the new products and recipes.
• Practice cleanliness, wastage and cost control well.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma or relevant professional qualifications.
• Able to work independently & a good team player.
• Entry level candidates may be considered for the Management Trainee position.
• Be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Description

• Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Attend alarm signals and fault call reported to achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Handle customers’ complaints via phone or correspondence professionally
• Update and maintain a proper record on all customers
• Be involved actively in the customer retention program and strategy
• Work as a team and ensure that the call centre service level is met
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly

Requirements

• Able to work on either schedule monthly rotating Morning 7am to 5pm and Afternoon shift work 1pm to 11pm, including weekends and Public Holidays
• Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and PC knowledge
• Able to speak Mandarin in order to assist in managing Mandarin speaking customers for mandarin alarm/fault request and support purposes
• Candidate with Call Centre experience will have added advantage
• Training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.

• Handle shipping documentation and process
• Attending to customer’s enquiries and feedback
• Follow-up and advice customer on shipment status
• Attend correspondence with loading port agent
• Handle permit declaration via Tradenet
• Assist in ensuring smooth running in operations
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of experience in Information Technology. Relevant experience in managing IT Assets is advantageous.
• Experience and strong subject matter expertise with IT Service Management processes including Configuration, Change, Incident, Problem and Release Management
• Possess working knowledge of IT Service Management and CMBD processes with hands-on experience in one or more ITAM/SAM tools, like ServiceNow, BMC Helix, HPSM etc.
• Specialized knowledge of defining, documenting, and implementing Asset Management and Configuration Management processes for both hardware and software CIs
• Experience in data analysis, SQL, R/ Python (Or other tools for statistical analysis) and data visualisation tools is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting, verbal, and written communication skills
• ITIL Framework knowledge with a strong understanding of ITIL tools, processes and terminology is an advantage.
• Ability to influence a cross functional team to obtain desired results.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to build good relationships with stakeholder.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly analytical with strong understanding of the IT fundamentals and general knowledge on Enterprise IT
