SENIOR / CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE

What is your Job Purpose?

To market and acquire corporate clients for our international premium training events over the phone.

What will you be doing?

• Conduct intensive market research on the web / phone to attain targeted leads for the training projects assigned
• Communicate over the phone / email with clients around the world on daily basis to market our training events
• Anticipate and overcome objections from clients to convince them on the value of attending our training events
• Seniors will be assigned mentoring responsibilities over new Executives

Job Description :

• To perform check-in and out duties
• To handle guest's requests and feedbacks in a professionally in accordance to the Hotel's operating standards
• To manage guest requests and enquiries professionally
• To perform cashiering duties and check all guest's bills before presentation to guest upon checking out
• To assist in the incoming calls efficiently and to connect to the respective guests or department
• To assist on the wake up calls
• To ensure effective communication via daily briefings
• To work closely with other departments and co-workers as part of our team
• To fulfill any other duties assigned to him/her

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• Knowledge in Opera PMS is preferred
• 5 days work week (on rotating shifts & able to work on weekends/Public Holidays

• Review of contract documents and preparation of Letter of awards to subcontractors

• Diploma / Degree In Building / Quantity Surveying
• Preferable with 5 years relevant experience in Façade / Building Industry.
• Good knowledge of standard forms of building contract used in Singapore will be advantage
• Possess good command of written and spoken English
• Able to work independently
