· Collect statistics for monitoring and evaluation of activities and programmes of the shelter

· Perform and assist in data entry for client and operational records

· Collect and maintain records of payments from clients for shelter fees and utilities

· Maintain records of financials, postages, distribution of rations/assistance to shelter residents, including inventory of in-kind donations

· Support the maintaining of security, health and safety of the shelter environment

· Assist in admission/discharge and orientation of residents

· Access shelter units for maintenance checks, perform minor maintenance repairs and/or contact repair persons for necessary maintenance

· Enforce shelter rules and conduct shelter inspection for compliance with shelter rules

· Manage general disputes that may occur between co-living shelter residents

· Liaise with external stakeholders and AWWA HQ departments for the smooth operations of AWWA TS.

· Support Assistant Manager – Operations in guiding and mentoring the operations team.

· Respond to incidents within shelter units, such as de-escalating crisis situations and notify Operations Head / Centre Manager for next action step

We are seeking a Finance Manager to manage the financial operations of the Company. This individual has to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, provides strategic financial insights and support decision making to drive business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day account and finance operations
• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate periodic financial closing and reporting
• Prepare, review and present financial reports and statements to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner

Qualification & Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience
• Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA or equivalent
• Prior audit experience will be an added advantage
• Experience with accounting software (Netsuite) and CRM (Salesforce)
• Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

We’re searching for a Associate Engineer to be part of our CMP Equipment Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goals

What you will be working on:

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis
• Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment
• Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects
• Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
• Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
