JOB PURPOSE

• Follow up with residents on the progress of the cases that have been attended by the estate team or other department (case by case) prior closing it in the system;
• Liaise with other team members from other departments pertaining to the feedback or queries cases;
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Must possess clear speaking voice and strong verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in English and/or other language / dialect to converse effectively with residents in Singapore;
• IT savvy;
• Able to work independently and also a team player;
• Fresh graduates with no work experience are welcome to apply as training is provided;
• Working Hours :4 Weekdays between Mondays to Fridays either 8am to 1230pm (for AM shift) OR 1230pm to 5pm (for PM shift) including 1 OFF day and Every Saturdays: 8am to 1pm.

Able to provide support related to all aspects of event project management

- Prepare and present event proposal to clients

Coordinate and execute corporate events and related logistics planning.

- Build and maintain good relationship with clients

- Oversee project management timelines and details

- Provide on-site support and ensure smooth operations of events

- Undertake any other ad hoc related duties as assigned

- Able to work in a fast paced environment, under tight deadline

- Able to brainstorm and develop event proposals and presentations

- Preferably experienced in events, eg. corporate events, road shows, product launch

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years working experience in events.

Good communication, administrative and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Microsoft word and powerpoint, etc.

Good communicator, team player, mature and well organized.

Good command of written and spoken english

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, service and hospitality industries or a similar role preferred.
