Leads the regional Service and Customer Support needs of customers served. Develops and drives the service business to exceed annual revenue and profit targets. The role will involve direct management of the ICOS and SPTS service support resources and coordinating support from other support orgs to ensure a positive customer experience for Packaging Channel customers across all product lines.

Customer Service

• Build strong customer relationships, establish technical credibility and penetrate at all levels of the customer’s technical organization
• Handles all facets of customer retention and satisfaction including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.

• Liaises between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve status updates, production, delivery and billing inquiries
• Develop a solid understanding of the equipment base at your customer sites.

• Track and review equipment, warranty, contract and escalation performance metrics

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing intern to join our Marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting analyzing data of the online sales channels and driving performance to meet our goals. This internship will help you acquire sales & marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various sales & marketing technique.

Job Descriptions

• Social media and digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
• Online e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Camel Website, etc)
• Design and layout in support of all digital marketing activities such as print and digital media (Poster, leaflets etc.)
• Assist the marketing team with planning of marketing events, campaigns, merchandising, sampling and promotions.

Requirements:

• Meticulous and well-organised, able to work independently
• Willingness to learn
• Passion and keen interest in food manufacturing and marketing sectors

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adeptly manage budgets, project plans, and resource allocation for multiple projects running simultaneously.
• Effectively address project-related issues by liaising with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Taking ownership of reporting project progress, profitability, escalations, resourcing, and other relevant matters to the leadership team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the Project Management team and personalized career development plans.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and high delivery standards by overseeing the on-site Event team, offering guidance and addressing issues as needed.
• Identify potential opportunities for ongoing projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project manages the event with respect to targets and expected P&L.

• Possess a minimum of 9 - 10 years of experience in the events industry, ideally with a background in MICE.
• Display an optimistic mindset and a strong commitment to continuous learning, demonstrating dedication to personal and professional growth.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal forms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in project management and time management.
• Be willing to roll up your sleeves and when necessary, delving into end-to-end project management, from pitch ideation and presentation to clients, lead generation, and beyond.
• Current working location: Braddell. New office is set to relocate to Expo in 2024.

To assist clinic operations and also take anthropometric data for older adult patients. Have to have good interpersonal skills both with patients and their caregivers as well as clinic staff.
