"The Service Operations Specialist is responsible to maintain high levels of service and ensuring all IT operations activities are performed. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drives internal and 3rd party service provider / vendor review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes

We are looking for a Reliability Test technician’s role to perform reliability and first article tests in support for R&D projects. Additionally, the role will provide testing support to other functions within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out testing of New Product or New Part for Reliability and First Article tests within the timeline of the projects
• Support test requests from other entities (Erlangen and Lynge) and
• Perform preliminary Failure Analysis as a result of the tests performed
