3. Responsible for AutoCAD drawings for submissions ranging from conceptual design to construction development.

4. Develop 2D and 3D drawings according to customer specifications using AutoCAD programs.

5. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications.

6. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings.

7. Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements as required.

8. Performs other tasks or ad-hoc as assigned.

Qualification:

1. Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

3. Effective communication skill, both written and verbal.

4. To have at least 5 years of related working experience in similar role.

5. Strong understanding of construction processes and design principles.
