About the Role

As part of the Logistics and Supply Chain Team, this role will be responsible for working closely to support the needs of corporate clients in your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing of orders into ERP system
• Identify any surge or irregularity in client’s order and alert relevant teams to proactively plan supplies
• Assist clients in arranging deliveries for their orders, consolidating feedback on orders/deliveries for follow up action
• Collaborate with Sales to understand trends, new opportunities and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with other Departments to support clients requests/requirements
• Conduct QC on goods when required
• Any other duties as assigned by Management

● Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan and implementing marketing strategies that covers sales, revenue and expense controls

● Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

● Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them

● Train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives

● Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts

● Ensure that the sales team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives

● Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

● Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition & supply and demand

Responsibilities

● Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's local and global reach

● Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs

● Set sales target with the sales team and ensure that company sales targets are met

● Prepare & submit daily, monthly & annual sale reports for management

● Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accountancy

2. Proficiency in Microsoft office

3. At least 2 years of working experience in payroll processing and handling of full sets of accounts

4. Experience in the Security Services Industry will be an advantage

5. Have the ability to work with minimal supervision

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

• Receive complaints and resolve problems

Requirements

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role

• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
