Job Description: Marketing & Communications Executive

We are looking for a highly driven and creative personnel to join us as Marketing & Communications Executive.

Key Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and plans to promote company’s branding and improve lead generation, customer retention and loyalty.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of effective corporate communication strategies.
• Manage internal communications and assist in communication of strategies or messages from management, change communications, and crisis communications.
• Develop corporate and marketing collateral and marketing campaigns, and contribute to the corporate website and social media content for public and potential clients.
• Perform incident and crisis communications in the management of issues, outbreaks and adverse publicity.
• Support overall efforts in community partnerships and CSR initiatives.
• Represent company in events and activities to enhance company’s presence in the industry.
• Manage the various communication and marketing channels and develop content across channels as well as identify emerging trends to formulate marketing strategies.
• Organise events to promote and enhance company’s branding.
• Manage customers' feedback on social media and provide support to internal teams in customer feedback management .
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management to support the business.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills, including ability to prioritise, multi-task and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute strategic plans together with regional management team
• Analyze key performance indicators and providing strategic guidance for improved performance
• Provide guidance to regional country heads to achieve optimal country performance goals
• Collaborate with HR on strategies to foster a high-performing regional workforce
• Oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation
• Active involvement in business development activities to achieve revenue growth targets

Requirements:

• Previous involvement in a senior leadership capacity, within a market research
• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related qualification
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making and communication skills

Candidate will be required to know and understand related aspects of Sustainability and ESG so as to assist the Company's management in its efforts towards a more sustainable operation. Candidate needs to be able to work independently and possess an adequate level of self initiative and motivation.

• Ensure the progress of works is on schedule.
• Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely.
• Enforce and manage the permit to work system at site(s).
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.
• Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.
• Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.
• Comply to all QA/QC procedures and implement CONQUAS standard for site works on site(s).
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Construction background.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination and sub-contracting for major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in the use of Primavera.
• Experience in Infra-structure Project more than 200million.
• Experience in procurement matters.

We are looking for an information technology (IT) support manager who is responsible for the management and control of our organisation’s and our clients’ IT assets.

It includes managing all IT related projects from Networking, security, solutioning and implementation. The Person must be self motivated and has a good communication skill.

2) Count items on pallets

3) Wrap pallets

4) Assist Project Engineer to prepare packing list

5) Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by superior

Requirements:

1) Experienced being a packer

2) Must able to commit at least 6 months
